Choco-Mill

Choco-mill is used for mixing and refining the chocolate ingredients (powder sugar , vegetable fat and cacao powder ) . Inner jacket , agitators and balls inside the system are made of stainless steel. When needed system takes cold water automatically. When 50 micron powder sugar is used, chocolate produced by this system will have the fineness of 20-25 microns.
